Cases

The same thinking. No two projects alike.

In Approach we explain how we decide. This is what got built afterwards: three businesses that did not have the same problem, three systems that look nothing alike, and work you can open and look at.

Three clients, three different layers of a business. None of them came to us asking for the other two.

Konevent

It started as a project. Today it is a product.

What got built was not a booking website sitting on top of the management that already existed. It is a multi-company product where the availability the customer sees and the availability the team manages are exactly the same one.

Booking and operations SaaS

  • Technology

What there was

An event space squaring up time slots, capacity and deposits by hand. Availability lived in a spreadsheet and in the head of whoever picked up the phone, and the next space ran differently: different time slots, different rates and a different way of taking payment.

What exists today

Rooms, calendar, availability, public booking, payments and customers in a single system. Each company configures how a room is booked —by time slot, by the hour, exclusive or shared— without the product forking into a version per client.

What you can open

The product is public: you can go to konevent.com, look at its features and try the demo. The panels are not: each company has its own inside its own account, with its own configuration and its own bookings.

Public booking widget: the end customer picks a day from the availability calendar for that room.
New manual booking form: room, date, time slot, customer, number of people, amount, payment method and status.

Why they look nothing alike

None of the three grew in the same way.

Konevent changed in kind: it stopped being a project and became a product. RadioTaxi033 repeated one structure in every new territory. Obrescat neither repeated itself nor changed in kind: it took over layers of the business we had not been touching.

Each layer opened once the one before it was working. None of them replaced the one next to it.

That is why the three are told differently on this page. Telling them the same way would mean telling two of them wrong.

RadioTaxi033

A Barcelona taxi company, working across 23 cities.

RadioTaxi033 operates in Barcelona. elTaxi033 is the structure we built so that the same service could exist outside it, one city at a time, without turning into a bigger website.

Taxi company · SEO, Ads and city-by-city expansion

  • Growth
  • Experience

What there was

The service worked and the website only talked about Barcelona. All the growth available was outside it, and outside it the search is a different one: nobody looks for a company, they look for a taxi in the city they are standing in.

What exists today

One page per city with its own architecture, and SEO and Google Ads pushing on the same search intent in every territory. We have been running the account continuously for two years.

What you can open

The city structure is live and you can walk through all of it: every city has its own page and answers the search made there. The organic visibility of the domain grows year after year.

Obrescat

The website brings work. The system says if it paid off.

More than four years alongside a renovation company in Barcelona. First the presence and the acquisition; then the panel where the project lives: quote, costs, bank and margin.

What there was

Roughly one organic lead a week was coming in. And of the projects that did come in, nobody knew which one made money until it was finished: the quotes lived in a folder and the costs in the inbox.

What exists today

A website that brings work in, and a custom panel where the project is the unit of the system: it is quoted, it is contracted with its target margin, costs are charged to it and it is reconciled against the bank transactions. The margin comes out of that on its own.

What you can open

The website is public and you can open it. The panel is not: the Obrescat team works in it every day and it has no public side, because it does not need one.

2–3 organic leads a daycompared with roughly one lead a week at the starting point.

Let’s talk

Your problem does not have to look like any of these.

None of these three projects knew where it would end up when it started. Tell us what you want to change and we will tell you where to begin —including if the answer is that nothing needs building.

Where are things right now?
What investment are you considering?

The total for the project or, if it’s an ongoing service, the first-year investment.

The first thing will be to understand the problem, not to pitch you a service. And if we think it doesn’t make sense for us to do it, we’ll tell you that too.
